1. Actively engage on the sales floor to increase boutique sales and achieve objectives.
2. Analyze retail performance KPIs to identify business opportunities and establish comprehensive action plans.
3. Stay updated on the watch industry and local market competitive environment.
4. Set individual and collective objectives, monitor performance, and conduct reviews of team members.
5. Provide immediate feedback and development support to team members on the floor.
6. Ensure team motivation and cohesion while promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
7. Identify and hire new team members.
8. Ensure outstanding service is offered to all visitors in store.
9. Embody TAG Heuer’s brand values and act as a passionate Brand Ambassador.
10. Ensure grooming, attitudes, and Visual Merchandising meet luxury standards and internal guidelines.
11. Proactively network and connect with local influencers.
12. Lead the team to develop long-term relationships with clients.
13. Set and follow collective and individual clienteling objectives.
14. Ensure qualitative client data collection and leverage data to address clients in a personally relevant way.
15. Plan events in line with brand strategy and guidelines, coordinate stakeholders, and assess ROI.
16. Oversee boutique operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal control policy.
17. Supervise store expenses and maintenance.

Salary commensurate with experience: $100,000 - $115,000 USD with quarterly and annual bonus targets.
