- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, focusing on both sell-in and sell-out metrics.
- Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and economic indicators to identify opportunities and threats, proposing new initiatives accordingly.
- Optimize brand distribution by recommending account or point-of-sale openings and closures.
- Analyze business performance metrics and adjust sales and marketing strategies to enhance outcomes.
- Ensure retailer compliance with the Warranty Activation System, aiming for a 100% completion rate.
- Foster strong relationships with customers at all organizational levels to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Lead commercial negotiations to define and achieve sales objectives, including space and investment agreements.
- Conduct regular visits to points of sale to maintain brand visibility and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure efficient cash collection processes.
- Implement and manage incentive programs for sales associates to drive performance.
- Execute co-op marketing plans in partnership with retailers, aligning with brand strategy and guidelines.
- Enhance brand presence through events, advertising, and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Consult with retailers to define product assortments aligned with store trends and commercial objectives.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent overstock and ensure availability of bestsellers.
- Provide training to sales associates to enhance brand and product knowledge, turning them into brand ambassadors.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of wholesale experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Annual salary range from $90,000 to $100,000 USD, with potential bonuses or commissions.
