TAG Heuer Area Sales Manager

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve both sell-in and sell-out targets.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, proposing new initiatives accordingly.
- Optimize brand distribution and recommend account or point-of-sale openings and closures.
- Analyze business performance metrics and adjust sales and marketing strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with retailer use of the Warranty Activation System, aiming for a 100% completion rate.
- Foster strong relationships with retail partners to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
- Lead commercial negotiations to establish sales objectives and negotiate space, location, and investments.
- Regularly visit retail locations to provide support and maintain brand visibility.
- Implement and manage impactful incentive programs for sales associates.
- Ensure adherence to TAG Heuer's commercial policies and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute co-op marketing plans in alignment with brand strategy.
- Enhance online brand presence and ensure consistency with e-corner criteria.
- Support customers in implementing merchandising plans and maintaining brand standards at points of sale.
- Consult with retailers to define product assortments and manage inventory efficiently.
- Propose solutions for inventory management issues, such as aging stock or overstock situations.
- Minimum of 5 years of wholesale experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with self-reliant and independent work habits.
- Proficiency in data analysis and market trend evaluation.
- Experience in sales training and delivering presentations.
- Professional communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Creativity in developing innovative business strategies.
- Willingness to travel to customer accounts.
Minimum 5 years of wholesale experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
