TAG Heuer Area Manager

- Lead and manage wholesale operations for TAG Heuer in Korea, including Duty-Free Shops (DFS) and other wholesale partners, to achieve revenue targets and maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to align wholesale strategies with overall business objectives and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, using insights to inform business development strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and other business partners.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with partners, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Oversee business development projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment with business development goals.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, sales performance, and key metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build networks and promote the brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury watch industry, including competitor brands, market trends, and consumer preferences in South Korea.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate wholesale initiatives and promotional campaigns effectively.
- Native proficiency in Korean and fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with wholesale partners, distributors, and retailers.
- Familiarity with retail operations and merchandising principles, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business software.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury watch industry or a related field, with a focus on wholesale operations and business development.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
