1. Lead and manage wholesale operations for TAG Heuer in Korea, including Duty-Free Shops (DFS) and other wholesale partners, to achieve revenue targets and maintain profitability.
2. Collaborate with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to align wholesale strategies with overall business objectives and marketing initiatives.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, using insights to inform business development strategies.
4. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and other business partners.
5. Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
6. Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with partners, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
7. Oversee business development projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
8. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment with business development goals.
9. Monitor and report on business development activities, sales performance, and key metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
10. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build networks and promote the brand.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. In-depth knowledge of the luxury watch industry, including competitor brands, market trends, and consumer preferences in South Korea.

1. Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate wholesale initiatives and promotional campaigns effectively.
2. Native proficiency in Korean and fluency in English, both verbal and written.
3. Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with wholesale partners, distributors, and retailers.
4. Familiarity with retail operations and merchandising principles, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales training.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business software.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury watch industry or a related field, with a focus on wholesale operations and business development.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
