1. Play a central role on the sales floor, contributing to the boutique's objectives by working on personal KPIs and delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
2. Support colleagues in their sales efforts.
3. Maintain a focus on the omnichannel customer journey to ensure the best possible experience.
4. Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product assortment.
5. Represent the brand's DNA and act as a passionate ambassador both in-store and at events.
6. Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for customer contact and appointments.
7. Ensure high-quality customer data collection and utilize it effectively to grow the business.
8. Tell the brand's story and product features in an inspiring manner to build long-term trust with clients.
9. Contribute to daily operations under management supervision, including inventory, cash handling, security, and store opening and closing.
10. Effectively use tools like CEGID and Salesforce and perform Visual Merchandising tasks.
11. Coordinate after-sales service operations until the watch is returned.
12. Adhere to guidelines related to grooming, attitude, and Visual Merchandising.
13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
14. Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
