TAG Heuer Apprentice Client Advisor

- Play a central role on the sales floor, contributing to the boutique's objectives by working on personal KPIs and delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
- Support colleagues in their sales efforts.
- Maintain a focus on the omnichannel customer journey to ensure the best possible experience.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product assortment.
- Represent the brand's DNA and act as a passionate ambassador both in-store and at events.
- Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for customer contact and appointments.
- Ensure high-quality customer data collection and utilize it effectively to grow the business.
- Tell the brand's story and product features in an inspiring manner to build long-term trust with clients.
- Contribute to daily operations under management supervision, including inventory, cash handling, security, and store opening and closing.
- Effectively use tools like CEGID and Salesforce and perform Visual Merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate after-sales service operations until the watch is returned.
- Adhere to guidelines related to grooming, attitude, and Visual Merchandising.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
