TAG Heuer Accounts Executive (Accounts Receivable)

- Process sales and return orders, consignment transactions, and billing.
- Manage retailer credit and debit notes, including issuing credit notes and updating quarterly rebates and cash discounts.
- Prepare and update sales performance reports, including boutique sales, commission calculations, and traffic and nationality reports.
- Manage and prepare accounts receivable reports, including ageing reports and customer statements of account.
- Oversee calculation and reporting of retailer incentives and requisite credit memos for rebates.
- Monitor cash collection and deposit activities, preparing monthly reports for AML compliance.
- Prepare stock and inventory reports, such as Goods with Purchase values and wholesale backorder reports.
- Ensure accurate integration of sales data between CEGID and SAP.
- Reconcile invoices and receipts by cross-checking merchant statements against bank statements.
- Prepare and submit gross turnover reports and monthly journals for sales incentives and charges.
- Assist with audits by preparing supporting documentation.
- Support customer service operations, including handling Pro Concept issues and processing refunds.
- Diploma or University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CIMA or ACCA qualification, completed or in progress, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Malay.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and flexible.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational corporation environment.
Diploma or University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
