TAG Heuer Accounts Assistant

- Verify integration of cash movements from boutiques.
- Reconcile boutique accounts with invoices and payments.
- Prepare and enter various non-group recharges.
- Prepare, enter, and send various intercompany recharges.
- Invoice commissions to department stores and reconcile sales.
- Prepare LCR and client direct debits for collections.
- Enter client payments received in the bank.
- Reconcile and match client and boutique cash accounts.
- Monitor and develop detailed client aging balance with analysis.
- Conduct client follow-ups via phone, email, and mail.
- Track financial flows related to after-sales service with Central Europe.
- Receive and transmit invoices for validation to various approvers.
- Create supplier accounts in compliance with procedures.
- Update supplier database with changes in bank accounts, addresses, etc.
- Process and follow up on supplier requests (reminders, account statements, etc.).
- Enter supplier invoices.
- Manage and follow up on purchase orders from different departments.
- Monitor and develop detailed supplier aging balance with analysis.
- Prepare supplier payment groups for validation.
- Reconcile supplier accounts.
- Manage expense reports, validate in Concur, and follow up on company credit cards and employee reimbursements.
- Integrate and enter various bank transactions.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Support the accounting manager in daily tasks.
- Assist the accounting manager in internal control application: verify procedure compliance, document validity, and information flow.
- Degree in BTS CGO or DCG.
- Significant initial experience in a similar role.
- Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP proficiency is a plus).
- Bilingual in French; English proficiency is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
Degree in BTS CGO or DCG.
