1. Verify integration of cash movements from boutiques.
2. Reconcile boutique accounts with invoices and payments.
3. Prepare and enter various non-group recharges.
4. Prepare, enter, and send various intercompany recharges.
5. Invoice commissions to department stores and reconcile sales.
6. Prepare LCR and client direct debits for collections.
7. Enter client payments received in the bank.
8. Reconcile and match client and boutique cash accounts.
9. Monitor and develop detailed client aging balance with analysis.
10. Conduct client follow-ups via phone, email, and mail.
11. Track financial flows related to after-sales service with Central Europe.
12. Receive and transmit invoices for validation to various approvers.
13. Create supplier accounts in compliance with procedures.
14. Update supplier database with changes in bank accounts, addresses, etc.
15. Process and follow up on supplier requests (reminders, account statements, etc.).
16. Enter supplier invoices.
17. Manage and follow up on purchase orders from different departments.
18. Monitor and develop detailed supplier aging balance with analysis.
19. Prepare supplier payment groups for validation.
20. Reconcile supplier accounts.
21. Manage expense reports, validate in Concur, and follow up on company credit cards and employee reimbursements.
22. Integrate and enter various bank transactions.
23. Prepare bank reconciliations.
24. Support the accounting manager in daily tasks.
25. Assist the accounting manager in internal control application: verify procedure compliance, document validity, and information flow.

1. Degree in BTS CGO or DCG.
2. Significant initial experience in a similar role.

1. Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
2. Flexibility and service-oriented mindset.
3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP proficiency is a plus).
5. Bilingual in French; English proficiency is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.

Degree in BTS CGO or DCG.
