TAG Heuer Accounting Manager

- Lead the in‑house Accounting function for TAG Heuer, Zenith and Fred, managing a team of two accountants and reporting to the Finance & Operations Director.
- Oversee day‑to‑day accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and bank reconciliations; supervise transaction processing and ledger review.
- Drive timely and accurate month‑end closes and deliverables into the LVMH reporting tool (Syrus).
- Ensure timely bank payments and robust cash control procedures.
- Own UAE tax compliance: prepare, review and submit VAT returns to the FTA; coordinate corporate tax filings with advisors and monitor transfer pricing documentation where applicable.
- Manage annual statutory financial statements and coordinate external auditor engagements; respond to internal and external audit requests and implement audit recommendations.
- Design, implement and enforce internal control frameworks; coordinate with operational teams to ensure timely closure of open purchase orders, sales orders and transfer orders.
- Act as a key resource during the final stages of the SAP go‑live, embedding best‑practice accounting processes and controls within the new ERP environment.
- ACA or Chartered Accountant designation, or ACCA qualification.
- Minimum 8 years' progressive accounting experience, preferably within luxury goods or retail.
- Proven experience in an SAP environment; prior involvement in SAP implementation or go‑live projects strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrable professionalism, integrity and ability to prioritise under strict deadlines.

At least 8 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of several years in a managerial or senior accounting role within the luxury or retail sector; demonstrable track record supporting ERP implementations (SAP) and managing external audits.
ACA or Chartered Accountant qualification, or ACCA.
