1. Manage supplier accounting processes, including creation and receipt of purchase orders in SAP, invoice entry, and account reconciliation.
2. Support daily procurement procedures and ensure compliance with purchasing protocols.
3. Handle supplier account creation and manage various supplier inquiries, including follow-ups and account statements.
4. Develop and analyze detailed supplier balance reports, including aged balances and action tracking.
5. Verify and reconcile boutique cash movements and customer accounts.
6. Record customer payments received through banking channels and perform account reconciliations.
7. Assist with general accounting tasks, including internal control support, document validation, and information flow verification.
8. Integrate and record various banking transactions and prepare bank reconciliations.
9. Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and prepare monthly DEB and DES reports.

1. Enrollment in a BTS CGO or Bachelor's degree in Accounting program.

1. Proficiency in SAP and Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Motivation and eagerness to learn in a supportive and dynamic environment.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a BTS CGO or Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
