1. Manage daily reconciliation of sales and customer payments, including processing and reconciling cash and card receipts, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of transitory accounts.
2. Oversee the downloading and verification of supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate recording, and manage all necessary accruals and rent deferrals.
3. Handle recording and reconciliation of intercompany invoices, conducting monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
4. Support the preparation of financial reporting, including P&L cost analysis, and ensure proper archiving of all financial invoices and essential documents.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
2. 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the Retail industry.
3. Fluency in Italian and advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Demonstrable expertise in SAP.
2. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
3. Strong aptitude for numbers, quantitative analysis, and meticulous attention to detail.
4. Self-motivated and independent working style with excellent organizational skills.
5. Proven problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
6. Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with vendors and internal stakeholders across all levels.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the Retail industry.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
