1. Lead and develop the Software Development Team to ensure the effective provision of sports solutions lifecycle.
2. Ensure software solutions meet customer and stakeholder expectations.
3. Steer the sports solutions strategy in alignment with innovation strategy and management guidelines.
4. Foster a culture of stakeholder honor and address common developer concerns with passion and energy.

1. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in project or team management.

1. Strong experience with C# .Net, Docker, AKS, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
2. Frontend expertise with Vue.js or Angular is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Good command of German and/or French is an asset.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on project opportunities and improvements.
6. Service and solution-oriented with a 'make it happen' attitude.
7. Structured, systematic, and organized work approach.

Strong experience in project management within the sports industry and sports technology.

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
