1. Proficiency in C# development for web or heavy client applications
2. Experience with web technologies such as Vue.JS is advantageous
3. Knowledge of Azure DevOps/Team Foundation Server
4. Agile Git-native
5. Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to work autonomously
6. Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively
7. Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20%)
