1. Establish all custom and transport documents including invoices, delivery notes, packing lists, shipping orders, export declarations, and Carnet ATA's.
2. Coordinate and manage the shipping of materials globally, ensuring timely follow-up.
3. Support the team with tasks related to shipping administrative documents.
4. Manage staff, financial, and material responsibilities, ensuring quality and quantity targets are met within deadlines.
5. Ensure all documents are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
6. Prepare for and meet delivery deadlines.
