Responsibilities
- Establish all custom and transport documents including invoices, delivery notes, packing lists, shipping orders, export declarations, and Carnet ATA's.
- Manage and follow up on shipping materials worldwide.
- Support the team with tasks related to shipping administrative documents.
- Handle staff, financial, and material responsibilities with quality and quantity targets and deadlines.
- Ensure all documents comply with corresponding laws.
- Meet preparation and delivery deadlines.
