- Design, develop, maintain, and document next-generation software solutions for major sporting events such as the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, and World Cups.
- Ensure the highest quality and reliability of produced software.
- Manage high-level specifications and best practices for the development team.
- Mentor and coach developers, fostering skill enhancement and acting as a technical leader.
- Ensure engineering maturity and quality control within the team.
- Lead and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, encouraging innovative and high-risk experimentation.
- 5+ years of experience as a professional software developer.
- Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Resilience and ability to operate in dynamic and sometimes stressful environments.
- Structured, systematic, and organized approach to work, with the ability to prioritize according to deadlines.
- Optimistic, motivating, and visionary mindset, with availability for international travel.
- Proven experience in developing web applications with .NET/C# backend deployed in Docker or AKS.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies is advantageous.
- Experience with automated testing and deployments.
- Good understanding of Agile principles, including XP, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Strong communication skills in English.
A minimum of five years as a professional software developer, with a focus on web applications and backend development.
Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
