1. Design, develop, maintain, and document next-generation software solutions for major sporting events such as the Olympic Games and World Cups.
2. Ensure the highest quality and reliability of produced software.
3. Manage high-level specifications and best practices for the development team.
4. Mentor and coach developers, enhancing their skills and acting as a technical leader.
5. Lead initiatives to ensure engineering maturity and quality control.

1. 5+ years of professional experience as a software developer.
2. Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
3. Resilient and able to operate in dynamic and stressful environments.
4. Structured, systematic, and organized with strong prioritization skills.
5. Optimistic, motivating, and visionary with availability for international travel.

1. Proven experience in developing web applications with .NET/C# backend deployed in Docker or AKS.
2. Knowledge of frontend technologies is advantageous.
3. Experience with automated testing and deployments.
4. Strong understanding of Agile principles including XP, Scrum, and Kanban.
5. Strong communication skills in English.

A minimum of 5 years as a professional software developer with a focus on backend development using .NET/C# and experience in Docker or AKS deployments.

Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
