- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate mail distribution and manage courier services.

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Proficiency in French, English, and German.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
