1. Lead the development and deployment of Node.js applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
4. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

1. Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of Node.js and its frameworks.
3. Experience with cloud services and serverless architectures.
4. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.

1. Expertise in Node.js and JavaScript.
