Swiss Timing Multisport Services Project Manager

- Oversee and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Multisports Services projects.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of Multisports Services projects, from inception to successful event delivery.
- Drive continuous improvements within the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Lead and manage a dynamic team to ensure timely and efficient execution of international events such as the Olympic Games and World Games.
- Shape the strategic direction of the department, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Focus on cost optimization, customer satisfaction, and process improvements.
- Foster innovation and self-management within the team.
- Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Project management certification.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing large-scale sports events.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Solutions-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Visionary approach to process enhancement and efficiency.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing large-scale sports events is required.
