1. Oversee and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Multisports Services projects.
2. Manage the entire lifecycle of Multisports Services projects, from inception to successful event delivery.
3. Drive continuous improvements within the Project Management Office (PMO).
4. Lead and manage a dynamic team to ensure timely and efficient execution of international events such as the Olympic Games and World Games.
5. Shape the strategic direction of the department, ensuring alignment with company goals.
6. Focus on cost optimization, customer satisfaction, and process improvements.
7. Foster innovation and self-management within the team.
8. Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

1. Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Project management certification.
3. Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing large-scale sports events.
