1. Oversee and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Multisports Services projects.
2. Manage the lifecycle of Multisports Services projects from initiation to successful event delivery.
3. Lead and manage a dynamic team for the execution of international events such as the Olympic Games, World Games, or Commonwealth Games.
4. Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the department and ensure alignment with company goals.
5. Focus on driving cost optimization, customer satisfaction, self-management, leadership, process improvements, and innovation.

1. Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Project management certification.
