Swiss Timing Multisport Services Project Management Office Manager

- Oversee and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Multisports Services projects.
- Manage the overall lifecycle of Multisports Services projects from inception to successful event delivery.
- Drive continuous improvements within the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Lead and manage a dynamic team to ensure timely and efficient execution of international events such as the Olympic Games, World Games, and Commonwealth Games.
- Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the department and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Focus on driving cost optimization, customer satisfaction, self-management, leadership, process improvements, and innovation.
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Project management certification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing large-scale sports events.
- Strong leadership capabilities to guide and motivate teams.
- Operational expertise in sports events management.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale sports events is required.
Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
