2. Manage the overall lifecycle of projects from initial stages to successful event delivery.
3. Lead and manage a dynamic team for the execution of international events like the Olympic Games, World Games, and Commonwealth Games.
4. Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the department.
5. Ensure alignment with company goals.
6. Drive cost optimization, customer satisfaction, and process improvements.

1. Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Project management certification.
