1. Oversee and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Multisports Services projects.
2. Manage the overall lifecycle of Multisports Services projects from inception to successful event delivery.
3. Drive continuous improvements within the Project Management Office (PMO).
4. Lead and manage a dynamic team to ensure timely and efficient execution of international events such as the Olympic Games, World Games, and Commonwealth Games.
5. Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the department and ensure alignment with company goals.
6. Focus on driving cost optimization, customer satisfaction, self-management, leadership, process improvements, and innovation.

1. Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Project management certification.
3. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing large-scale sports events.
