1. Manage the Office IT system in Leipzig, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and development, in alignment with Swatch Group requirements.
2. Optimize processes and support the unification of the IT landscape.
3. Conceptualize, implement, and maintain venue networks.
4. Contribute network routing and security expertise to new solution projects.
5. Provide technical support and locally guide the IT team in Leipzig according to the Head of IT Infrastructure & Security's guidelines.
6. Ensure local administrative organization and identify training needs of the team.
7. Plan and execute IT projects to meet high qualitative and technological standards.
8. Plan and control the IT budget in compliance with the group's approval process.

1. Previous successful experience in team management.
2. Holder of a computer science degree or equivalent expertise.
3. Possession of an instructor’s certificate (Ausbilderschein) or willingness to obtain it.

1. Service and solutions-oriented mindset.
2. Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerBI, SharePoint, Dynamics365).
4. Understanding of Linux, Network, Cloud, and Azure concepts.
5. Fluency in German and English; French is advantageous.
6. Stress resistance and autonomy.
7. Flexibility and availability to travel to Corgémont (CH) and internationally for sports events.

Previous successful experience in team management and deep knowledge in Microsoft tools and IT infrastructure.

Computer science degree or equivalent expertise.
