Swiss Timing IT Manager

- Manage the Office IT system in Leipzig, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and development, in alignment with Swatch Group requirements.
- Optimize processes and support the unification of the IT landscape.
- Conceptualize, implement, and maintain venue networks.
- Participate in new solution projects, providing expertise in network routing and security.
- Collaborate effectively within the IT team and with internal stakeholders, requiring 100% office presence except in emergencies.
- Provide technical support and locally guide the Leipzig team according to the Head of IT Infrastructure & Security's guidelines.
- Ensure local administrative organization and identify team training needs.
- Plan and execute IT projects ensuring high qualitative and technological standards.
- Plan and control the IT budget in compliance with the group's approval process.
- Previous successful experience in team management.
- Holder of a computer science degree or equivalent expertise.
- Possession of an instructor's certificate (Ausbilderschein) or willingness to obtain it soon.
- Service and solutions oriented with an open mind and team-player attitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Stress resistance and autonomy.
- Flexibility and availability to travel to Corgémont, Switzerland, and internationally for sports events.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft tools such as PowerBI, SharePoint, and Dynamics365.
- Strong understanding of Linux, Network, Cloud, and Azure concepts.
Proven experience in team management and IT systems management.
Computer science degree or equivalent expertise.
