Swiss Timing IT Manager

- Manage the Office IT system in Leipzig, ensuring troubleshooting, maintenance, and development in alignment with Swatch Group requirements.
- Optimize processes and support the unification of the IT landscape.
- Conceptualize, implement, and maintain venue networks.
- Participate in new solution projects, providing expertise in network routing and security.
- Provide technical support and drive the local IT team in Leipzig according to the guidelines of the Head of IT Infrastructure & Security.
- Ensure local administrative organization and identify team training needs.
- Plan and ensure the timely realization of IT projects at the highest qualitative and technological level.
- Plan and control the IT budget in compliance with the group's approval process.
- Successful experience in team management.
- Degree in computer science or equivalent expertise.
- Instructor’s certificate (Ausbilderschein) or willingness to obtain it.
- Service and solutions oriented.
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize.
- Stress resistant and autonomous.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft tools (PowerBI, SharePoint, Dynamics365).
- Understanding of Linux, Network, Cloud, and Azure concepts.
Proven track record in team management and IT project execution.
Degree in computer science or equivalent expertise.
