IT Manager

1. Manage the Office IT system in Leipzig, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and development.
2. Optimize processes and support the unification of the IT landscape.
3. Conceptualize, implement, and maintain venue networks.
4. Participate in new solution projects, providing network routing and security expertise.
5. Collaborate with the IT team and internal stakeholders, requiring 100% office presence.
6. Provide technical support and help drive the local team in Leipzig.
7. Ensure local administrative organization and identify team training needs.
8. Plan and realize IT projects at the highest qualitative and technological level.
9. Plan and control the IT budget in compliance with the group approval process.

1. Previous successful experiences in team management
2. Holder of a computer science degree or equivalent expertise
3. Holder of an instructor’s certificate (Ausbilderschein) or willingness to obtain it

Previous successful experiences in team management and deep knowledge in Microsoft tools (PowerBI, SharePoint, Dynamics365) are required. A very good understanding of Linux, Network, Cloud, and Azure concepts is also necessary.
