1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial design or a related field is required.
