1. Independently manage monthly and annual financial closings.
2. Oversee cash flow and act as the primary contact for auditors and banking partners.
3. Control book entries in the general ledger, debtors ledger, and creditors ledger.
4. Maintain and update internal control system documentation and improve financial processes.
5. Prepare financial reports ensuring full tax and regulatory compliance.
6. Participate in budgeting exercises and manage asset inventories.
7. Provide support to accounting colleagues.
8. Act as a key user for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.

1. Finance and Accounting Specialist certification (Brevet) or equivalent such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
2. Experience in a similar role within a multicultural environment.

1. Proficiency with data management systems (ERP).
2. Excellent Excel skills.
3. Ability to adapt quickly to ERP systems.
4. Collaborative mindset with an open and dynamic personality.
5. Commitment to deliver high-quality, timely work.

Experience in a similar financial controlling role, ideally within a multicultural environment.

Finance and Accounting Specialist certification (Brevet) or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
