Swiss Timing Financial Controller

- Independently manage monthly and annual financial closings.
- Oversee cash flow and act as the primary contact for auditors and banking partners.
- Control book entries in the general ledger, debtors ledger, and creditors ledger.
- Maintain and update internal control system documentation and improve financial processes.
- Prepare financial reports ensuring full tax and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in budgeting exercises and manage asset inventories.
- Provide support to accounting colleagues.
- Act as a key user for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.
- Finance and Accounting Specialist certification (Brevet) or equivalent such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Experience in a similar role within a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency with data management systems (ERP).
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to ERP systems.
- Collaborative mindset with an open and dynamic personality.
- Commitment to deliver high-quality, timely work.
Experience in a similar financial controlling role, ideally within a multicultural environment.
Finance and Accounting Specialist certification (Brevet) or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
