Swiss Timing Accountant

- Manage accounts receivable, including invoice creation and dunning processes
- Review and post travel expense reports
- Support accounts payable and general ledger accounting
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
- Reconcile intercompany transactions
- Prepare monthly group reporting
- Create VAT returns and statistical reports
- Serve as a contact for employees, authorities, and insurance companies
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of forecasts and budgets
- Conduct analysis and controlling tasks
- Successful completion of commercial training, preferably with further training as a financial or balance sheet accountant, or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting
- Relevant professional experience
- Solid knowledge of accounting under HGB
- In-depth knowledge of VAT law
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong command of MS Office applications
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
- High quality awareness, independent, reliable, and precise work ethic
- Team-oriented, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn
Professional experience in accounts receivable accounting and handling ERP systems is required.
Commercial training or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting.
