1. Manage accounts receivable, including invoice creation and dunning processes
2. Review and post travel expense reports
3. Support accounts payable and general ledger accounting
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
5. Reconcile intercompany transactions
6. Prepare monthly group reporting
7. Create VAT returns and statistical reports
8. Serve as a contact for employees, authorities, and insurance companies
9. Participate in the preparation and monitoring of forecasts and budgets
10. Conduct analysis and controlling tasks

1. Successful completion of commercial training, preferably with further training as a financial or balance sheet accountant, or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting
2. Relevant professional experience
3. Solid knowledge of accounting under HGB
4. In-depth knowledge of VAT law

1. Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
2. Strong command of MS Office applications
3. Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
4. High quality awareness, independent, reliable, and precise work ethic
5. Team-oriented, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn

Professional experience in accounts receivable accounting and handling ERP systems is required.

Commercial training or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting.
