Swiss Timing Accountant

- Conduct accounts receivable accounting, including invoice creation and dunning processes
- Review and post travel expense reports
- Support accounts payable and general ledger accounting
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
- Reconcile intercompany transactions
- Prepare monthly group reporting
- Create VAT returns and statistical reports
- Serve as a contact for employees, authorities, and insurance companies
- Participate in the preparation and control of forecasts and budgets
- Perform analysis and controlling tasks
- Successfully completed commercial training, preferably with further qualification as a financial or balance sheet accountant, or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting
- Relevant professional experience
- Proficient knowledge of accounting according to HGB
- Solid understanding of VAT law
- Generalist with enthusiasm for accounting
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong command of English and German, both written and spoken
- High quality awareness, independent, reliable, and precise work ethic
- Team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
Professional experience in accounts receivable accounting and ERP systems is required.
Commercial training or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting.
