1. Conduct accounts receivable accounting, including invoice creation and dunning processes
2. Review and post travel expense reports
3. Support accounts payable and general ledger accounting
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
5. Reconcile intercompany transactions
6. Prepare monthly group reporting
7. Create VAT returns and statistical reports
8. Serve as a contact for employees, authorities, and insurance companies
9. Participate in the preparation and control of forecasts and budgets
10. Perform analysis and controlling tasks

1. Successfully completed commercial training, preferably with further qualification as a financial or balance sheet accountant, or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting
2. Relevant professional experience
3. Proficient knowledge of accounting according to HGB
4. Solid understanding of VAT law

1. Generalist with enthusiasm for accounting
2. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications
4. Strong command of English and German, both written and spoken
5. High quality awareness, independent, reliable, and precise work ethic
6. Team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Professional experience in accounts receivable accounting and ERP systems is required.

Commercial training or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting.
