Swiss Timing Accountant

Swiss Timing is a company specializing in timekeeping and data handling for sports events. It is located in Leipzig, Germany, and provides comprehensive services in financial management and accounting.

1. Conduct accounts receivable accounting, including invoicing and dunning processes
2. Review and post travel expense reports
3. Support accounts payable and general ledger accounting
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
5. Reconcile business transactions within the corporate group
6. Prepare monthly corporate reporting
7. Create VAT returns and statistics
8. Serve as a contact person for employees, authorities, and insurance companies
9. Participate in the preparation and control of forecasts and budgets
10. Perform analysis and controlling tasks

1. Successfully completed commercial training, preferably with further training as a financial or balance sheet accountant, or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting
2. Relevant professional experience
3. Solid knowledge of accounting according to HGB
4. In-depth knowledge of VAT law

1. Generalist with enthusiasm for accounting
2. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
3. Proficient in MS Office applications
4. Good command of English and German, both written and spoken
5. High quality awareness, independent, reliable, and precise working style
6. Teamwork, communication skills, willingness to learn

Professional experience in accounts receivable accounting and handling ERP systems is required.

Commercial training or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting.
