Swiss Timing Accountant

- Conduct accounts receivable accounting, including invoice creation and dunning processes
- Review and post travel expense reports
- Support accounts payable and general ledger accounting
- Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
- Reconcile business transactions within the corporate group
- Prepare monthly corporate reporting
- Create VAT returns and statistics
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, authorities, and insurance companies
- Contribute to the preparation and control of forecasts and budgets
- Perform analysis and controlling tasks
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification as a financial or balance sheet accountant, or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting
- Relevant professional experience
- Solid knowledge of accounting according to HGB
- In-depth knowledge of VAT law
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong English and German language skills, both written and spoken
- High quality awareness, independent, reliable, and precise working style
- Team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
Professional experience in accounts receivable accounting and familiarity with ERP systems.
Commercial training or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting.
