1. Develop and implement comprehensive workplace safety policies and procedures.
2. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
3. Coordinate safety training programs for employees to promote a culture of safety awareness.
4. Investigate workplace incidents and accidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
5. Collaborate with management to integrate safety practices into operational processes.
6. Maintain up-to-date records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
2. Certification in workplace safety management or equivalent.
3. Proven experience in a safety management role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

1. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
5. Proficiency in safety management software and tools.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace safety management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
