1. Collaborate with partners and suppliers to define production plans for watch heads and components, ensuring timely deliveries with the right quantity and quality.
2. Monitor and manage load capacity to ensure feasibility over the short and medium term, adjusting schedules as needed.
3. Track daily and weekly progress to ensure compliance with production plans, implementing corrective actions and reprioritizing tasks when necessary.
4. Communicate launch plans and timings to relevant departments, including Product, Sales, e-Commerce, Distribution, Logistics, and Warehouses.
5. Ensure timely replenishment for both Core and Special collections.
6. Work with the Development team to monitor and ensure timely production releases of new collections.
7. Assist the team leader and provide coverage in their absence.
8. Provide regular KPI reports and analysis to monitor performance and ensure targets are being met.
9. Manage quotation requests, cost analysis, and cost comparison for retail procurement.
10. Handle order requests and ensure timely follow-up on SAP orders and deliveries.
11. Monitor suppliers' stock levels and ensure proper replenishment.
12. Track ongoing projects, claims, and development progress with suppliers, Retail Environment Design, and Distribution teams.
13. Oversee master data management.

1. Commercial background or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and scheduling management, preferably using ERP systems.
3. Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes is essential.
4. Technical knowledge of retail furniture is a plus.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2. Knowledge of the Material Management module in SAP is a plus.
3. Solution-oriented with strong organizational skills.
4. Pronounced analytical, technical, and planning skills.
5. Customer, service, and solution-oriented.
6. Ability to work in fast-moving, international environments.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with other teams and departments.

Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and scheduling management, preferably using ERP systems.

Commercial background or equivalent.
