Swatch Watch Procurement Planner and Scheduler

- Collaborate with partners and suppliers to define production plans for watch heads and components, ensuring timely deliveries with the right quantity and quality.
- Monitor and manage load capacity to ensure feasibility over the short and medium term, adjusting schedules as needed.
- Track daily and weekly progress to ensure compliance with production plans, implementing corrective actions and reprioritizing tasks when necessary.
- Communicate launch plans and timings to relevant departments, including Product, Sales, e-Commerce, Distribution, Logistics, and Warehouses.
- Ensure timely replenishment for both Core and Special collections.
- Work with the Development team to monitor and ensure timely production releases of new collections.
- Assist the team leader and provide coverage in their absence.
- Provide regular KPI reports and analysis to monitor performance and ensure targets are being met.
- Manage quotation requests, cost analysis, and cost comparison for retail procurement.
- Handle order requests and ensure timely follow-up on SAP orders and deliveries.
- Monitor suppliers' stock levels and ensure proper replenishment.
- Track ongoing projects, claims, and development progress with suppliers, Retail Environment Design, and Distribution teams.
- Oversee master data management.
- Commercial background or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and scheduling management, preferably using ERP systems.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes is essential.
- Technical knowledge of retail furniture is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of the Material Management module in SAP is a plus.
- Solution-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Pronounced analytical, technical, and planning skills.
- Customer, service, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to work in fast-moving, international environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with other teams and departments.
Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and scheduling management, preferably using ERP systems.
Commercial background or equivalent.
