Swatch Visual Merchandising Executive

- Implement monthly visual merchandising for all points of sale.
- Organize and execute visual merchandising materials from headquarters and local sources.
- Manage seasonal visual merchandising for both retail and wholesale channels.
- Ensure timely execution of visual merchandising roll-outs according to headquarters guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date and accessible visual merchandising information.
- Liaise with Swatch headquarters for visual merchandising approval and reporting.
- Ensure all Swatch stores are well-maintained and presented to uphold brand image.
- Monitor, analyze, and follow-up on minimum stock-base, sell-through, and stock balance of Swatch stores.
- Control inventory at optimal levels and advise Brand Manager on actions for slow-moving stock.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as required by management.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- High attention to detail and sensitivity to figures.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and results-driven.
- Team player.
Open to fresh graduates, with a preference for candidates with relevant internship or work experience.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
