Swatch Team Leader, Sales Planning

- Lead and manage a team of four full-time employees within the Sales Planning department.
- Oversee the planning and ordering processes for Swatch Watches, Flik Flak, Bijoux, and Straps, including weekly and monthly forecasts, launch coordination, and market communication.
- Consult and train international markets on sales goals and launch requirements for new collections, conducting workshops and evaluating market estimates.
- Allocate limited availability products, ensuring optimal distribution of numbered watches with low supply.
- Plan collateral and merchandising materials, coordinating order quantities and interdepartmental communication.
- Resolve issues related to market orders of merchandising materials.
- Conduct sales analysis to integrate findings into the planning process, including forecasts and collection phase management.
- Develop and manage a rolling 12-month sales, shipment, and production master plan.
- Lead cross-organizational meetings to review new product launch statuses, including merchandising materials.
- Develop, implement, and manage planning systems, including HQ Planning System, Merchandising Planning System, POS Database, and Launch Planning System.
- Co-manage the Gazette Weekly Communication Platform, overseeing content and platform improvements.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and Product Management, coordinating the Sales Department's input on product issues.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Sales Management.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Background in planning, sales, or supply chain management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; OLAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Familiarity with PowerBI, SAP, or other analytical tools is beneficial.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Customer service orientation with a flair for figures.
- Proactive, independent, and problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within sales planning or a related field, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Sales Management.
