1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked with popular products.
4. Implement marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
