Swatch Store Manager

Swatch is a globally renowned company known for its provocative spirit, innovative designs, and tremendous success over the decades. The company is seeking a customer-oriented and responsible individual to join its team.

1. Provide exemplary customer service and product knowledge to create a unique shopping experience.
2. Plan, achieve, and increase store sales and targets.
3. Conduct inventory procedures and maintain orderly stock management.
4. Present products according to visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Collaborate with the team, conduct regular team meetings and feedback sessions.
6. Coach the team on the sales floor and maintain regular communication with the Retail Trainer and Retail Manager.

1. Education ideally in retail or a comparable field.
2. Basic knowledge of retail KPIs.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Passion for selling trendy products and customer service.
5. Hands-on mentality and self-responsibility.
6. Strong team orientation.
7. Proficiency in MS Office.
8. Fluent in German and English.
9. Leadership experience in retail/customer service is an advantage.

A monthly gross salary of €3,000 (14 times a year) on a full-time basis, with possible overpayment depending on experience and qualifications.
