1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and optimize sales.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
7. Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
5. Fluency in French and English.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role is required, ideally within the luxury or fashion industry.
