1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
5. Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
