1. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and set sales targets for the team.
2. Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, payroll control, and inventory management.
3. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management to cultivate a high-performing team.
4. Execute visual merchandising strategies in line with company standards.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
2. At least 5 years of customer service experience.
3. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and experience with POS systems.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Effective leadership and team-building abilities.
3. High energy and enthusiasm with a results-oriented approach.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail leadership role, with significant experience in customer service and team management.

Starting base pay of $60,000.00 plus monthly performance bonus.
