- Drive the development and growth of the retail outlet, ensuring alignment with the brand's commercial strategy.
- Lead and inspire a team to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives, focusing on customer satisfaction, loyalty, sales revenue, and profit margins.
- Monitor sales forecasts and key performance indicators, analyzing daily results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, integrate, and develop team members, setting clear objectives and supporting their professional growth.
- Manage scheduling, task distribution, and conduct team briefings and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations, including hygiene, safety, and labor laws.
- Oversee stock management and inventory control, ensuring efficient after-sales service execution.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in autonomous retail management, particularly in the luxury or horology sectors.
- Strong affinity for luxury products and industry knowledge.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of team development.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and commercially driven personality.
Substantial experience in sales, with a passion for the horology, jewelry, and luxury sectors.
