Swatch Store Manager

- Drive the development and performance of the retail store, adhering to the brand's commercial strategy.
- Ensure revenue growth, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Oversee merchandising, stock management, and order processing.
- Implement qualitative and quantitative objectives as per commercial policy, focusing on customer satisfaction, revenue, margin, and average basket size.
- Monitor sales forecasts and key performance indicators such as sales index, conversion rate, and average basket size.
- Analyze daily results through dashboards and various indicators.
- Identify causes of activity slowdowns and revenue declines.
- Recruit, train, integrate, evaluate, and support the professional development of team members.
- Set team objectives and support actions towards achieving them.
- Manage schedules, task distribution, and conduct briefings and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations (hygiene, safety, labor law) and legal postings.
- Manage stock and oversee inventory processes.
- Execute after-sales service.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
- Proven experience in autonomous retail management.
- Passion for the watchmaking, jewelry, and/or luxury sectors.
- Strong product sensitivity and industry knowledge.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in team management and development.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong commercial acumen and dynamic personality.

- Proficiency in sales forecasting and performance analysis.
Solid experience in retail sales, particularly in the watchmaking, jewelry, or luxury sectors, with a history of managing a store independently.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
