Swatch Store Manager

- Drive the development and growth of the store while leading a team in alignment with the company's commercial strategy.
- Ensure revenue growth, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and order processing.
- Implement key qualitative and quantitative objectives as per commercial policy, focusing on customer satisfaction, revenue, margin, and average basket size.
- Monitor sales forecasts and key performance indicators, including sales index, conversion rate, and average basket size.
- Analyze daily results through dashboards and various indicators.
- Identify causes of activity slowdown, revenue decline, and losses.
- Conduct daily reporting and performance management.
- Recruit, train, integrate, evaluate, and support the professional development of team members.
- Define team objectives and support actions towards achieving them.
- Manage schedules, task distribution, and conduct briefings and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations (hygiene, safety, labor laws) and legal postings.
- Manage stock and conduct inventory audits.
- Oversee after-sales service execution.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
- Proven experience in autonomous retail management.
- Passion for the watchmaking and/or luxury industry.
- Strong product sensitivity and sector knowledge.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in team management and development.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic personality.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Solid experience in retail sales, particularly in the watchmaking or luxury sector, with a history of autonomous store management and team leadership.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
