Store Manager

Swatch Group is a multinational company involved in the production and sale of finished watches, jewelry, movements, and watch components. With 17 watch brands, the Group is present in all price segments and has a strong distribution network, including its own multi-brand network with specialized stores such as Tourbillon Boutique and Hour Passion. 1. Develop the store and lead a team by implementing the company's commercial policy.
2. Drive sales growth, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
3. Manage merchandising, stock, and orders.
4. Oversee commercial performance, including setting and achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives.
5. Monitor sales forecasts and analyze daily results.
6. Identify causes of business slowdown and revenue loss.
7. Recruit, train, integrate, evaluate, and support the professional development of team members.
8. Define team objectives and support their achievement.
9. Manage schedules, distribute tasks, and conduct briefings and meetings.
10. Ensure compliance with regulations (hygiene, safety, labor law) and legal postings.
11. Manage stock and inventories.
12. Execute after-sales service.

1. Commercial education background (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
2. Solid experience in sales.
3. Passion for the watchmaking-jewelry and/or luxury sector.
4. Autonomous management of a retail point.
5. Strong product sensitivity and sector knowledge.
6. Enthusiastic, dynamic, and strong commercial temperament.
7. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
8. Experience in team management and development.

1. Fluent in English.

Proven experience in sales and store management, with a background in the watchmaking-jewelry and/or luxury sector.

Commercial education background (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
