Swatch Store Manager
Swatch Group, a multinational leader in the production and sale of finished watches, jewelry, movements, and watch components, operates with 17 distinct brands across all price segments. - Lead and develop the retail store by implementing the brand's commercial policy.
- Drive sales growth, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Oversee merchandising, stock management, and order processing.
- Implement and monitor key qualitative and quantitative objectives: customer satisfaction, sales revenue, margins, and average basket size.
- Analyze daily sales results and key performance indicators.
- Identify causes of sales slowdowns or declines.
- Recruit, train, integrate, evaluate, and support the professional development of team members.
- Define team objectives and support their achievement.
- Manage schedules, task distribution, and conduct briefings and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations (hygiene, safety, labor laws) and legal postings.
- Manage stock control and inventory processes.
- Execute after-sales service.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
- Proven experience in retail sales, particularly in the watchmaking, jewelry, or luxury sectors.
- Autonomous management of a retail point.
- Strong product sensitivity and sector knowledge.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in team management and development.
- Fluent in English.
- Commercial acumen and dynamic personality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical skills for performance monitoring.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Substantial experience in retail sales and team management within the watchmaking, jewelry, or luxury sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
