Swatch Store Manager
Swatch Group, a prominent multinational entity, excels in the production and distribution of finished watches, jewelry, movements, and horological components. - Oversee the development and performance of the retail store, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial policies.
- Drive sales growth, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Manage merchandising, inventory, and order processes.
- Implement key qualitative and quantitative objectives, including customer satisfaction, revenue, margin, and average basket size.
- Monitor sales forecasts and key performance indicators such as sales index, conversion rate, and average basket size.
- Analyze daily results and identify causes of sales slowdowns or declines.
- Recruit, train, integrate, evaluate, and support the professional development of team members.
- Define team objectives and support their achievement.
- Manage schedules, task distribution, and conduct briefings and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations, including hygiene, safety, labor laws, and legal postings.
- Oversee stock management and inventory control.
- Execute after-sales service.
- Bachelor's to Master's degree in Commerce or related field.
- Solid experience in sales, particularly in the watchmaking, jewelry, or luxury sectors.
- Proven ability to manage a retail outlet autonomously.
- Strong product sensitivity and industry knowledge.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in team management and development.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong commercial acumen and dynamic personality.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales forecasting.
Substantial experience in retail sales and team management within the luxury or watchmaking sectors.
Bachelor's to Master's degree in Commerce or related field.
