1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked with the latest products.
4. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appeal.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
6. Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
7. Coordinate with the head office on marketing and promotional activities.
