1. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
2. Set and achieve sales targets while coaching the team to enhance product knowledge.
3. Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, payroll management, and inventory control.
4. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.
5. Execute visual merchandising strategies in alignment with company standards.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
2. At least 5 years of retail experience.
3. Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
4. Experience with POS systems.

2. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Clear and concise communication abilities.
5. Effective leadership skills to mentor and motivate the retail team.
6. Results-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail leadership role, with at least 5 years of overall retail experience, preferably within the fashion or accessories sector.

Starting base pay of $60,000.00 plus a monthly performance bonus.
