Swatch Store Manager

- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Set and achieve sales targets while coaching the team to enhance product knowledge.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, payroll management, and inventory control.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies in alignment with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
- At least 5 years of retail experience.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Clear and concise communication abilities.
- Effective leadership skills to mentor and motivate the retail team.
- Results-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm.
A minimum of 3 years in a retail leadership role, with at least 5 years of overall retail experience, preferably within the fashion or accessories sector.
Starting base pay of $60,000.00 plus a monthly performance bonus.
