1. Lead and exemplify exceptional customer service, setting sales targets and coaching the team to achieve them.
2. Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, payroll control, and inventory management.
3. Oversee recruitment, training, and disciplinary processes to cultivate a high-performing team and positive work environment.
4. Execute visual merchandising strategies in alignment with company standards and maintain store presentation.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies, acting as a role model for adherence.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
2. At least 5 years of retail experience.
3. Intermediate proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office.
4. Experience with POS systems.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.
2. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
3. Effective leadership skills to mentor and motivate the retail team.
4. Results-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail leadership role, with a preference for experience in fashion or accessories, and at least 5 years in retail overall.

Starting base pay of $60,000.00 plus monthly performance bonus.
