1. Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and set sales targets.
2. Coach the team to meet sales targets and ensure product knowledge is up to par.
3. Manage daily operations, schedule staff efficiently, and control payroll.
4. Adhere to inventory control processes and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
5. Oversee recruitment, training, and disciplinary processes to ensure a high-performing team.
6. Promote a positive work environment and manage performance evaluations and development plans.
7. Execute merchandise launches in line with company standards and maintain store presentation.
8. Maintain safety standards and act as a policy and procedure role model.

1. Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to build strong relationships.
4. Self-starter who works well independently and in team environments.
5. Effective leadership skills to mentor and motivate the retail team.
6. Results-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm.

1. Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
2. Experience working with POS systems.

At least 3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories, and at least 5 years of retail experience.

Starting base pay of $60,000.00 plus monthly performance bonus.

The role is located in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada, and involves moderate physical effort with significant walking and standing required for the majority of each shift. The position requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and holding of boxes and store fixtures.
