5. Maximize inventory management, cash control, and loss prevention.

8. Develop and mentor a large team of employees.

1. 3-5 years of retail store management experience, with a preference for specialty retail.

1. Strong organizational and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in computer skills.
3. Ability to lead and maintain an efficient and cohesive store team.
4. Team-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 3-5 years in retail store management, preferably within specialty retail.

Annual salary range of $88,000 - $90,000.
