1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

3. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
4. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase store visibility and sales.
5. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
5. Fluency in English and German; additional languages are an asset.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
