1. Efficiently manage the store, ensuring compliance with The Swatch Group's standards and maintaining a dynamic atmosphere.

3. Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed store targets.
4. Oversee inventory management, stock control, and store presentation to ensure readiness for customers.
5. Ensure exceptional customer experiences, making each client feel at home and providing the best possible shopping experience.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, preferably as a Store Manager or in similar roles, with experience in new store openings.
2. Experience in the watchmaking, jewelry, fashion, or accessories sectors is preferred.

2. Results-oriented with a passion for sales, capable of energizing the entire team.
3. Organizational and multitasking abilities, responsible for various store aspects from logistics to customer service.

5. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

At least 2 years in retail management, with a preference for experience in new store openings.
