1. Deliver exemplary customer service and possess extensive product knowledge to create a unique shopping experience.
2. Plan, achieve, and enhance the store's sales and objectives.
3. Conduct inventory procedures and maintain orderly stock management.
4. Present products in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Collaborate effectively with the team, conducting regular meetings and feedback sessions.
6. Coach the team on the sales floor and maintain regular communication with the Retail Trainer and Retail Manager.

1. Education ideally in retail or a comparable field.
2. Basic knowledge of retail KPIs.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Passion for selling trendy products and a commitment to customer service.
5. Hands-on mentality and self-reliance.
6. Strong team orientation.
7. Proficiency in MS Office.
8. Proficient in German.
9. Leadership experience in retail/customer service is advantageous.

A monthly gross salary of €2,900 (14 times per year) on a full-time basis, with potential for overpayment depending on experience and qualifications.
