- Deliver exemplary customer service and possess extensive product knowledge to create a unique shopping experience.
- Plan, achieve, and enhance the store's sales and objectives.
- Conduct inventory procedures and maintain orderly stock management.
- Present products in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with the team, conducting regular meetings and feedback sessions.
- Coach the team on the sales floor and maintain regular communication with the Retail Trainer and Retail Manager.
- Education ideally in retail or a comparable field.
- Basic knowledge of retail KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for selling trendy products and a commitment to customer service.
- Hands-on mentality and self-reliance.
- Strong team orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficient in German.

A monthly gross salary of €2,900 (14 times per year) on a full-time basis, with potential for overpayment depending on experience and qualifications.
