Swatch Store Manager

- Optimize store performance in alignment with brand goals, focusing on both quantitative and qualitative outcomes.
- Lead and manage a team, including recruiting, training, and developing staff to enhance customer service and sales capabilities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to foster employee growth and trust.
- Boost sales through effective sales management, goal setting, and team motivation.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a unique shopping experience by maintaining product knowledge and store standards.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Plan and manage work schedules, ensuring efficient store operations.
- Monitor inventory and logistics, ensuring optimal stock levels and security of goods.
- Uphold store organization and cleanliness, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
- Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
- Experience in sales and store management or as an assistant store manager.
- Customer-oriented with strong initiative and sales strategy proficiency.
- Leadership and team management

- Proficiency in visual merchandising
- Excellent communication skills in German, French, and English
Proven experience in sales and leadership within a retail environment, preferably in a store manager or assistant store manager role.
Education in retail sales or sales coordination.
