Swatch Store Manager

- Optimize the store's quantitative and qualitative results within the brand's predetermined goals.
- Lead and develop the store team, including recruitment, integration, and training of new employees.
- Foster a culture of brand passion to enhance customer service and team performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and development meetings with team members.
- Motivate and empower employees to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

- Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
- Experience in sales and leadership within a retail environment, preferably as a store or assistant store manager.
- Proficiency in sales strategy and customer service.
- Experience in PR and marketing activities.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Proven experience in a retail sales environment, with a focus on team leadership and store management.
